Some observations from my run

I have some observations from my run today :

1. Dont sing at the top of my voice as it can really put me and other runners off. This habit I have formed was most obviously off putting enough for two people today, never mind when I am in the company of thousands of other runners....

2. Nice weather really makes people go outside. I passed no less than 18 other runners today (I counted :-) ) Never before have I seen so many people in one run.

3. Cyclists are dour faced and ignorant. I have resolved not to acknowledge them any more. Other runners always nod or smile. Cyclists just seem to ignore any attempt to communicate - RUDE!

4. My big toes really hurt when I run. ( I can confirm my feet are really not very nice any more) I pity the poor person that will have to pedicure them in six (aarrrrggggghhhhh) weeks time (That will be poor Netty then, lol). Well it may be seven before I can face them being touched.

5.  Porridge it would appear sets you up well for a run.

6. I can now run without stopping or feeling too bad for seven miles - hurrah!!

7. There is no seven but it is supposed to be a lucky number so I just had to have one.......
